• After having submitted your room request we will check the availability of the room.
• Within one or two days we will inform you by email whether the room is available or not.
• If the room is available you will get an order confirmation with the calculated room rate including the ordered services and the deposit.
• Now you must transfer 50% of the room rate within one week to maintain the reservation. The other 50% are due on arrival.
• After check out the deposit will be repaid minus telephone, electric bill, extra services and possible damages.
